RESOLUTION NO. 49-85
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED AND ORDERING
RECORDATION THEREOF
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that a
certain Easement Deed (Pathway and Trail) , executed by Hubert E.
Motzek, in which Deed the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a
Municipal Corporation, is named as Grantee, be and the same hereby
is accepted, and the City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills be and she hereby is directed and ordered to cause said
Deed to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, State of California.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 15th day of May, 1985.

EASEMENT DEED
(Pathway and Trail)
HUBERT E. MOTZEK, a married man, as his sole and separate
property, hereby grants to the CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS,
a Municipal Corporation of the State of California, an EASEMENT for
the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of pathway and
trail improvements, and appurtenances thereto, five (5) feet in
width in, over, across, and upon the following described real prop-
erty situate in the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Parcel 1 as said Parcel 1 is shown on
that certain map entitled "PARCEL MAP, CONSISTING
OF ONE (1) SHEET, BEING A PORTION OF LOT 35, as
SHOWN ON THE SUBDIVISION OF LOT 3 OF THE TAAFFE
PARTITION IN RANCHO LA PURISSIMA CONCEPTION, RE-
CORDED IN BOOK 1 OF MAPS, AT PAGES 70 & 71, SANTA
CLARA COUNTY RECORDS, TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS,
CALIF" filed May 23, 1978 in Book 418 of Maps at
page 53, Records of Santa Clara County, California,
said easement lying contiguous to anti southerly of
the following described line:
BEGINNING at the Westerly corner of said Parcel 1,
thence along the northerly line of said Parcel 1,
South 76042'18" East 64.65 feet, South 64°49'01"
East 176.65 feet, South 76°35'10" East 124.91 feet
and South 69012'40" Fast 37.00 feet; thence leaving
said northerly line southerly along the arc of a
50 foot radius tangent curve to the right, through
a central angle of 107°02'52" a distance of 93.42
i feet to a point in the southwesterly line of said
Parcel 1, last said point also lying in the north-
easterly line of DUVAL WAY (50 feet wide) as shown
on said map. The southerly line of said easement
to be lengthened or shortened to coincide with the
last said northeasterly line of DUVAL WAY,
together with the right of Equestrians, bicyclists and pedestrians
to use this Easement.
