RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF .THE. TOWN. OF LOS ALTOS 'HILLS
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE
- OF THE MEETING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF PROPOSED -
INCREASES IN BUILDING INSPECTION -
AND/OR BUILDING PERMIT FEES OR CHARGES
RESOLVED, by the City Council. of the City of the. Town of ,Los Altos
Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, as 'follows :
1.' The City Council does hereby set the hour of 7 :30 P.M. on
Wednesday, .the 6th day of, November, 1985, .in the Council Chambers, Town
Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California., ' as the time and
. -place of' the meeting at which the Council .-will hear oral or written pre-
sentations made by any interested person or member of the public concern-
ing proposed increases in the fees charged by the City of. the Town of Los
Altos Hills for building inspections and/or building permits, or . services
related thereto, or concerning proposed new-charges relating to the build=
ing inspections -and/or building permits,. or services related thereto, and
which the Council has before it for consideration.
. 2. The data .required by Section 54992 of the Government Code .in-
dicating the amount of cost or estimated cost, of the City of' the Town on
Los Altos Hills, required. to provide the services for which the fees, or
service charges described above are proposed to be increased or to be
levied, and the revenue sources anticipated ,to provide the services, shall
be made available to the Public at least ten- (10) days prior to November 6,
1985, in the Office of the City Clerk, Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, California,
for inspection by the Public. .
3 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause "NOTICE OF PUBLIC,
HEARING CONCERNING PROPOSED INCREASES- IN .OR LEVYING OF NEW BUILDI-NG IN-
SPECTION OR BUILDING PERMIT CHARGES" to be posted in at least three (3)

public places in the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, not less than
ten (10) days prior to the Council meeting to be held on November 6, 1985.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 2nd day of October, 1985.
