RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING GRANT OF A PATHWAY EASEMENT
(Lands of Yasmeh)
WHEREAS, Shila Yasmeh("Owner"), is the owner of the property commonly known as 13482
La Cresta Drive, Los Altos Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, Owner has offered to grant to the Town an easement for the construction, operation
and maintenance of existing and future pathway facilities, for pedestrian, bicycle and equestrian
use ("Pathway Easement"); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is necessary and proper and in the public
interest to accept the grant of the Pathway Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as
follows:
Section 1. The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public, and for the purposes therein
described, the Grant of Pathway Easement attached to this Resolution as Attachment A.
Section 2. The Town shall accept, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, the Grant of Pathway Easement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of September, 2015 by the following
vote:
AYES: Corrigan, Harpootlian, Radford, Waldeck
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None

GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
TO THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
(Lands of Yasmeh)
THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT is made this day of. 2015, by
Shila Yasmeh, an unmarried woman("Owner"), owner of the property commonly known
as 13482 La Cresta Drive, Los Altos Hills, California, to and for the benefit of the Town
of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation ("Town").
Section 1. Owner does hereby offers to grant to Town a perpetual right and
nonexclusive easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of existing and
future pathway facilities, for pedestrian, bicycle and equestrian use, together with right of
access thereto, on, under, over, along and through the real property situated in the Town
of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California as described and depicted
in Exhibit A attached hereto ("Easement").
Section 2. Owner shall not allow the placement or construction of any
structures or improvements on the Easement property.
Section 3. The Town hereby accepts the grant of the Easement.

Los Altos Hills, California
Being certain real property in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, and being a portion of that certain parcel of land described as Lot 10, in
Block "G", as shown upon that certain map entitled "Tract No. 1925, Fremont Hills, Unit
No. 3", which was filed for record in Book 81 of Maps, at Page 42, on May 21, 1957, in
Santa Clara County Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Lot 10, said point being on the easterly
right of way of Arastradero Road, as shown upon said map; Thence, southwesterly,
along said easterly right of way of said Arastradero Road, along a curve having a radius
of 555.00 feet, concave to the southeast, through a central angle of 14054'00", an arc
distance of 144.33 feet, to the end of the tangent curve in the easterly right of way of
Arastradero Road;
Thence, continuing along said easterly right of way of Arastradero Road, South
9012'00" West, 85.44 feet, (formerly shown as 85.45 feet), to the beginning of a tangent
curve to the left, having a radius of 20.00 feet;
Thence, along said curve, through a central angle of 7503121", an arc distance of
26.36 feet, to a point on a line parallel, and 60.00 feet distant, with the centerline of
Arastradero Road, as shown upon said map;
Thence, along said parallel line, North 9°12'00" East, 104.81 feet, to the beginning of a
tangent curve to the right, having a radius of 540.00 feet, said curve being concentric,
and 60.00 feet distant, with the centerline of Arastradero Road, as shown upon said
map;
Thence, along said curve, through a central angle of 15°13'10", an arc distance of
143.44 feet, to a point on the northeasterly boundary of said Lot 10;
Thence, along the northeasterly boundary of said Lot 10, North 7701.4'43" West, 15.31
feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 3,655 square feet, more or less.
