RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that as follows:

1. The 'City of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves
issuance of a Use Permit to STAN M.- DAVIS AND BONNIE DAVIS, his wife, to
construct and maintain a detached secondary dwelling not to exceed five
hundred ninety one .(591) square feet at 28545 Matadero Creek Lane.
2. The Mayor of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and
she hereby is authorized and directed on behalf of said .City to execute the
• Use Permit.
3. The Use Permit be, and it hereby is accepted and the City Clerk
of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and she hereby is directed and
ordered to cause said use Permit to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Santa Clara, State of California.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 4th day of December, 1985.
