RESOLUTION NO. 6-84 9g/ty �s•,.r RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT 4744 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, N. K. Terteling is the owner of the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, herein called the "TERTELING PROPERTY" ; and WHEREAS, Arthur H. Lachenbruch and Edith B. Lachenbruch are the owners of the real property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, herein called the LACHENBRUCH PROPERTY" ; and WHEREAS , the respective owners of the TERTELING PROPERTY and the LACHENBRUCH PROPERTY have entered into an agreement whereby Terteling has agreed to convey a portion of the TERTELING PROPERTY to the owners of the LACHENBRUCH PROPERTY and the respective owners of the TERTELING and LACHENBRUCH PROPERTIES desire to have the ad- justment of their respective lot lines approved; and, WHEREAS , the City Council desires to approve the adjustment of the lot lines the above-described parcels which parcels are contiguous one to the other , NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows : 1 . The proposed lot line adjustment between the TERTELING PROPERTY and the LACHENBRUCH PROPERTY is between two existing ad- jacent parcels , and the land to be taken from the TERTELING PROPERTY would be added to the LACHENBRUCH PROPERTY. -1- 01 - 411 • •S . 2 . Approval of the lot line adjustment would not result in a greater number of parcels than originally existed being created thereby. 3 . Pursuant to the authority of Subsection (d). of Section 66412 of the Government Code of California, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the lot line ad- justment referred to above. 4. The new boundary line between the two parcels described above is more particularly described in Exhibit "C" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
