NOTICE OF
FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State
of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2012 in
the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills,
California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of:
LANDS OF BUDGE AND LENAHAN; 24183 & 24175 Dawnridge
Drive: File #139 -12 -LLA; A request for a Lot Line Adjustment to modify
the property line. between the two properties resulting. in no change to the
16t eine-9: -CEQA' review: Categorical' Exemption per-Sectioft- 15303(ay
(staff -Cynthia Richardson).
The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town
Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that
location upon request.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written
communications should be -filed at Town Hall prior to the date of the hearing. Court
challenges to the action of the Site Development Committee, Planning Commission, or
City Council may be limited to issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice,
or in written correspondence received at Town Hall at, or prior to, the time of the public

The proposed.lot line adjustment will result in lots that remain consistent with the Town's
General Plan and Zoning and Site Development Codes. The net acreage of both
properties will not fall below 1.0 acre. Upon approval, the applicant must submit to the
Town a copy of the signed and notarized grant deeds, with legal description and plat
exhibits prepared by a licensed surveyor or civil engineer, and the Town will prepare
certificates of compliance for recordation.
CEQA REVIEW
The project is categorically exempt under Section 15305(a) "Minor Alterations in Land
Use Limitations" of the State CEQA Guidelines.
