TUESDAY, MARCH 5, 2013 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall; 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF MULIAWAN AND DEWI, 12234 Tepa Way; File #245-12- ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit to demolish the existing residence and construct a new 5,948 square foot single story residence with an attached two (2) car garage. The . existing detached two (2) car garage is proposed to remain. (Maximum building height: 18') CEQA Review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) (staff -Brian Froelich).
