RESOLUTION NO. 82-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AWARDING A CONTRACT
FOR 1984 STREET IMPROVEMENTSF.T=
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town
of Los Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California,
that :
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the Town of
Los Altos Hllls did , in open session , duly examine and consider
all bids submitted to it for the 1984 Street Improvements
Project ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council rejected all of said bids
except that bid next hereinafter mentioned , and said City
Council awarded the said contract to the lowest responsible
bidder , to wit :
O'GRADY PAVING, INC. , A Corporation,
at the price named in his bid , to wit : $144 , 548. 75)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hllls that the Mayor
is hereby authorized and directed to execute the contract
so awarded to the above named firm on behalf of the City
of the Town of Los Altos Hills , and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest her signature thereto.
REGULARLY, passed and adopted 1 , i • ` 15th day of August , 1984 .
