HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.2ITEM 8.2 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:15 a.m. TUESDAY; AUGUST 20, 2013 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for. a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF 12401 HILLTOP DRIVE LLC; 12401 Hilltop Drive: File #80-13-ZP-SD=GD;. A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 8,632 square foot two story r esidence (Maximum height 27') with a 5,709 square foot basement, 737 square foot detached garage, 992 square foot secondary dwelling unit, 516 square foot pool house, 1,602 square foot swimming pool and spa, a 3,000 square foot sports court, and new fence along the perimeter. The applicant is also requesting to remove four (4) heritage oak trees. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) & (e) (staff -Nicole Horvitz).
