FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State
of California, has set after the hour of 10:30 A.M. TUESDAY, AUGUST 27, 2013 in the
Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as
the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of:
.LANDS OF FU AND JING, 26310 Esperanza Drive; File #209-13-ZP-
SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit to construct a new 5,092
square foot two story residence (Maximum building height: 27') with a
2,246 square foot basement, two attached two (2) care _garages, and a
Secondary Dwelling Unit in the Basement. CEQA Review: Categorical
Exemption per Section 15303 :(a) (staff -Brian Froelich)
