TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2013 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF PENDHARKAR, 25955 La Loma Drive; File #265-13-ZP- SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a major remodel/new residence. The proposal includes a 1,118 square foot first story addition, a 659 second story addition, and interior remodel. (Maximum height: 27'). CEQA Review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) (staff -Brian Froelich) The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that location upon request. All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written communications should be filed at Town Hall prior to the date of the hearing.
