HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.2ITEM 8.2 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State, of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, February 18, 2014 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF DETTER; 11921 Hilltop Drive: File #408-13-ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for an 5,343 square foot single story new residence (Maximum height 27') with 1,884 square foot basement. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) (staff -Nicole Horvitz).
