HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.1ITEM 8.1 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of'.10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, MAY 13, 2014, in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF -LAM AND CHANN; 24100 Hillview Road: File #34-14- ZP-SD; A request for a Site Development Permit for the major remodel of an existing single-family dwelling along with additions of 1,208 square feet to the ground floor and 748 square feet to the second story (Maximum height of 27'). CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e) — remodel and addition to an existing single-family residence where public services are available in a residential zone; (staff - Steve Padovan). The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that location upon request. All interested persons may appear and be heard at said, time and place. Written communications should be filed at Town Hall prior to the date of the hearing.
