NOTICE OF
FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State
of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2014 in the
Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as
the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of:
LANDS OF WIMMER; 21886 and 21888 Blue Oaks Place (APN 182-
25-023 and 182-25-024): File #330 -13 -LLA; A request for a Lot Line
Adjustment to modify the property line between the two properties.
CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section .15303(a) (staff -
Cynthia Richardson).
The file for the application is at the Office o'f the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town
Hall, 26379 Fremont Road;- Los Altos Hills, .California and -may be. reviewed at that
location upon request.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place., Written
communications should be filed at Town Hall prior to the date ;of the :hearing. Court
challenges to the action of the. Site Development Committee, Planning- Commission,"or
City Council may be limited to issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice,
or'in written correspondence received at Town Hall at, or prior to, the time of the public

The proposed lot line adjustment will result in lots that remain consistent with the Town's
General Plan and Zoning and Site Development Codes. The net acreage of both
properties will not fall below a Lot Unit Factor of 1. Due to the complexity of the lot line
adjustment and creation of new easements, the applicant has chosen to file a Tentative
Map. The Tentative Map will be heard by the City Council and again for the approval of
the Final Map.
CEQA REVIEW
The project is categorically exempt under Section 15305(a) "Minor Alterations in Land
Use Limitations" of the State CEQA Guidelines.
