HomeMy WebLinkAbout8.3ITEM 8.3 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 a.m. TUESDAY, MAY 27, 2014 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF WIMMER; 21888 Blue Oaks Place (APN 182-25-023): File #332-13-ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a 4,453 square foot two-story new residence (Maximum height 27') with an 875 square foot detached garage, a 3,027 square foot basement and a 1,500 square foot swimming pool.
