A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS COMPLETED THE WORK OF THE "EL MONTE
ROAD PRESERVATION PROJECT STPL-5324(007) ",AUTHORIZING FINAL
PAYMENT CONCERNING SUCH WORK,DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Engineer/Public Works Director of the Town of Los Altos Hills
("Town") has, in writing, made and filed in the Office of the City Clerk his notice or certificate
certifying that the work under contract described as the El Monte Preservation Project STPL-
5324(007), has been completed in conformance with the Plans and Specifications for said
project, and has recommended that said work be accepted as complete and satisfactory;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE
as follows:
Section 1. The above-described work as mentioned in the notice of the City
Engineer/Public Works Director is hereby accepted as substantially complete, and the appropriate
officer of the Town is authorized to make final payment concerning the above-described work.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, notice of the completion of said project within ten (10)
days from the date of this Resolution.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of November, 2015 by the following
vote:
AYES: Corrigan, Harpootlian, Radford, Spreen,Waldeck
