HomeMy WebLinkAbout1557 0 i • 400 RESOLUTION NO. 1557 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF THE MEETING TO CON- SIDER ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE 1983/84 FISCAL YEAR RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, each year the City of the; Town of Los Altos Hills is required to establish its appropriations limit for each year pursuant to Article XIII B of the California Constitution; and WHEREAS, the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills is required to establish its appropriations limit for fiscal year 1983/84 at a regularly scheduled meeting or a special meeting, and to make available to the public the documentation used in determining the appropriations limit fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the meeting at which the appropriations limit is proposed to be adopted pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code of California. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. The City Council does hereby set the hour of 7 :30 P.M. on Wednesday, the 6th day of July , 1983 , in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place of the meeting at which the Council proposes to estab- lish its appropriations limit for the fiscal year 1983/84. 2 . The City Clerk is ordered and directed to: -1- (a) Make available to members of the public docu- mentation used in determining the proposed appro- priations limit for the fiscal year 1983/84 fifteen (15) days prior to the 6th day of July 1983. (b) Cause "Notice of Intent to Adopt a Proposed Appropriations Limit for the 1983/84 Fiscal Year of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills" , to be posted in at least three (3) public places in the City, not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the Council meeting to be held on the 6th day of July , 1983.
