Home My WebLink About1536 • RESOLUTION NO. 1536 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN QUITCLAIM DEED AND ORDERING RECORDATION THEREOF BE IT RESOLVED as follows : That the Quitclaim Deed executed by the Purissima Hills County Water District, a public corporation, releasing and quitclaiming certain real property, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, to the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, be accepted on behalf of said City of the Town of Los Altos Hills. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and she hereby is directed and ordered to cause said Quitclaim Deed to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California. REGULARLY passed and adopted this 16th day of March, 1983.
