RESOLUTION NO. 1519
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
TOWN OF . LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING A LOT LINEADJUSTMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, there currently exists Parcel 1 described as Assessor' s
Parcel No. 182-13-031 and Parcel 2 described as Assessor ' s Parcel No.
182-13-032 , both parcels being a portion of Lot 73 , as shown upon that
certain Map entitled, "Map of the Subdivision of Lot 2 and a part of
Lot 1 of the Taaffe Partition" , and as more particularly described
in Exhibits "A" and "B" , attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to approve the adjustment
of the lot lines between Parcels 1 and 2 described above, which parcels
are contiguous one to the other,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows :
1. The proposed lot line adjustment between Parcels 1 and 2 is
between two existing adjacent parcels with land to be exchanged between
the two parcels.
2 . Approval of the lot line adjustment would not result in a
greater number of parcels than originally existed being created thereby.
3 . Pursuant to the authority of Subsection (d) of Section 66412
of the Government Code of California, the City Council of the City of
the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the above-described lot
line adjustment.

4 . The City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills is
hereby ordered and directed to record the Lot Line Adjustment Map in
connection herewith, with the Office of the County Recorder, Santa
Clara County, California.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 5th day of January, 1983 .

EXHIBIT "A"
Portion of Lot 73 , as shown upon that certain Map entitled,
"Map of the Subdivision of Lot 2 and a part of Lot 1 of the
Taaffe Partition" , which Map was filed for record in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State
of California, on June 25 , 1894 , in Book H of Maps, at Pages
76 and 77 , and more particularly described as follows :
BEGINNING at a hub at the most Northeasterly corner of that
certain 0. 64 acre parcel of land conveyed to Albert T.
Henley and Jessie J. Henley, his wife, recorded November 1,
1950 , in Book 2088 at Page 253 , Santa Clara County records;
thence along the Easterly boundary of said 0. 64 acre parcel
conveyed to Albert T. Henley, et us, South l8°30 ' East 118 . 88
feet and South 0°27 ' East 8 . 67 feet to an iron pipe in said
Easterly boundary; thence N 89°33 ' East 29. 08 feet, South
0°27 ' East, 46 . 88 feet, South 29°10 ' 25" East 16 . 42 feet,
South 0°4 ' 45" East 28 .38 feet, South 32°20 ' 50" West 45 . 29
feet, South 5°12 ' 25" West 124 . 31 feet, to the Southeasterly
corner of said 0. 64 acre parcel also being the centerline of
Taaffe Road.
