EIVE 11 671 faC_ 29 RESOI,;RGO T JN 1508 A RESOLUTION OF THE.. ,ITY, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AM fiC NALVQ:RDI'NATING PAST AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR THE TENTATIVE MAP OF THE MATADERO CREEK SUBDIVISION, TRACT NO. 7187 • RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills on July 1, 1981 adopted the Conditions of Approval for the Tentative Map of the Matadero Creek Subdivision, Tract No. 7187 ; and WHEREAS, the City Council has on occasion amended said Conditions of Approval after said date and now desires to further amend said Conditions as hereinafter stated; and WHEREAS, the City Council in the interest of clarification and convenience desires to restate herein all past amendments , together with the present .amendmentsto said Conditions of Approval so that this one Resolution shall contain all amendments to date of said - Conditions of Approval as originally adopted on July 1, 1981, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows : 1. The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby amends the Conditions of Approval for the Tentative Map of the Matadero Creek Subdivision, Tract No. 7187 , as follow' : ` 1# -y2 . 1 --11 r 'fid "1. Poison oak, dead vegetation and other material constituting a fire hazard may be removed. 1.F. 3 . Landscaping should be limited to oaks and other species that blend naturally with oaks and the natural terrain. These plants must be chosen from the list approved by the Town.
