410 411 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1470 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN <br /> OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING THE PALO ALTO SEWER SERVICE <br /> CHARGE FINAL REPORT AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL TO THE <br /> SANTA CLARA COUNTY ASSESSOR'S OFFICE <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los <br /> Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 210 , adopted on June 20, 1973 , amends <br /> the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code by adding provisions for the <br /> placement of sewer service charges on the City tax roll; and <br /> WHEREAS, the provisions set forth in said Ordinance outline <br /> specific requirements, including a parcel description and sewer <br /> charge report, publication of the Notice of the Public Hearing in <br /> a local newspaper and the holding of a Public Hearing; and <br /> WHEREAS, all requirements have been fulfilled, including the <br /> Public Hearing held before the City Council on this date; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 6-4 .301 to 6-4 .310, inclusive, <br /> of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code, the City Council did, at the <br /> time of the Public Hearing, hear and consider all comments and <br /> objections from the Public; and <br /> WHEREAS, a majority of separate parcel owners did not protest <br /> the intent or contents of the Report; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 210 , the City Council did <br /> adopt the Report as presented and make its final determination upon <br /> all charges; and <br /> L <br />
