RESOLUTION NO. 1472.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS REQUESTING THE TAX COLLECTOR
OF THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA TO LEVY CERTAIN CHARGES
AGAINST CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills has heretofore
notified owners of real property of the dangerous and hazardous
condition of their properties; and
WHEREAS , the Fire Marshall has determined that a dangerous and
hazardous fire condition existed on certain properties; and
WHEREAS, the owners of real properties that were posted for weed
abatement did not abate the nuisance within thirty (30) days and it
then became necessary to have the dangerous and hazardous fire_condition
abated by contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby request the Tax Collector
of the County of Santa Clara to enter charges for weed abatement against
those certain real properties within the Town of Los Altos Hills, as
listed in Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and incorporated herein, for
the fiscal year 1982-83, and collect same.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 4th day of August , 1982 .
