RESOLUTION NO. 1394
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH TRACT NO. 6604
WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed
as a condition of approval of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled
TRACT NO. 6604, the improvements being more particularly set
forth in the "Conditions of Approval" of the said subdivision,
as approved by the City Council on March 7, 1979, and on the.
Improvement Plans for said subdivision; and
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills authorized the Mayor on behalf of the City Council ,
to execute that certain Subdivision Agreement between the said
City and the developers; and
WHEREAS , a Subdivision Agreement was executed by the Mayor of
the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills on June 22, 1979, and a
Savings Account Passbook with United California Bank in the amount
of $76,000 was posted with the City; and
WHEREAS , the City Engineer has certified that he has inspected
the site and that the improvements have been satisfactorily com-
pleted in accordance with the "Conditions of Approval" and the
Subdivision Improvement Plans , and a Security Bond in the amount
of $7,600 has been posted with the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be
and the same are hereby accepted.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 9th day of November , 1981.
