RESOLUTION NO. 1353
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH PARCEL MAP NO.
410 M 48 & 49 , PADRE COURT
WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed
as a condition of approval of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled
Parcel Map No. 410 M 48 & 49, Padre Court, the improvements being
more particularly set forth in the "Conditions of Approval" of
the said subdivision, as approved by the City Council on August 3,
1977, and on the Improvement Plans for said subdivision; and
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills authorized the Mayor on behalf of the City Council,
to execute that certain Subdivision Agreement between the said
City and the developers; and
WHEREAS , the City Engineer has certified that he has inspected
the site and that the improvements have been satisfactorily com-
pleted in accordance with the "Conditions of Approval" and the
Subdivision Improvement Plans .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be
and the same are hereby accepted .
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 20th day of May, 1981.
