A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN
CONNECTION WITH TRACT NO . 6568 , VISTA SERENA
WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed
as a condition of approval of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled
"TRACT NO . 6568" ,
the improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Conditions
of Approval" of the said subdivision, as approved by the City Council
on October 4, 1978 , and on the Improvement Plans for -
said subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills authorized the Mayor, on behalf of the City Council, to execute
that certain Subdivision Agreement between the said City and the
developers; and,
WHEREAS, an Instrument of Credit issued by Barclays Bank of
California in the amount of $45 ,000 and was posted with the City
of the Town of Los Altos Hills ; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that he has inspected
the site and that the improvements have been satisfactorily completed
in accordance with the "Conditions of Approval" and the Subdivision
Improvement Plans .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be and the same
are hereby accepted.
