RESOLUTION NO. 1211
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS
HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS, LANDS OF TROEDSON SUBDIVISION,
TRACT 6324.
WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed as a condition
of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled "LANDS OF TROEDSON" , Tract 6324, the
improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Tentative Checklist" , of
said subdivision, as recommended by the Planning Commission at their regular
meeting:; of February 10, 1978, and amended by the City Council on February 15, 1978,
and on the improvement plans for said subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos HIlls
authorized the Mayor, on behalf of the City Council , to execute that certain Sub-
division Agreement between the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and the developers ;
and,
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement was executed by the Mayor of the City of the
. Town of Los Altos Hills; and,
WHEREAS, a Performance Bond was executed by an Instrument of Credit with the
Wells Fargo Bank in the amount of $28,500.00 and was posted with the Town of Los
Altos Hills; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified by memorandum, dated June 15, 1979,
that he has inspected the site and that the improvements have been satisfactorily
completed in accordance with the Approved Checklist and the Subdivision Improvement
Plans, as approved by the City Engineer on May 28, 1978..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of the Town
of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be and the same are hereby accepted.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 20th day of June , 1979.
