. : • • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1120 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE <br /> OF HEARING ON THE PROPOSED CANCELLATION OF A CONTRACT <br /> UNDER THE WILLIAMSON ACT <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, <br /> that <br /> WHEREAS , heretofore Ethel F. Neary entered into a con- <br /> tract with the County of Santa Clara under the California <br /> Land Conservation Act of 1965, as amended, also known as the <br /> Williamson Act, relating to certain agricultural land identi- <br /> fied as Assessor's Parcel No. 336-25-001, herein called "the <br /> Property" and which property is more particularly described <br /> in Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, thereafter, SEM Developers, Inc. , a corporation, <br /> became the owner of the Property and the Property has been <br /> ordered annexed to the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills ; and <br /> WHEREAS , SEM Developers, Inc. , a corporation has requested <br /> and petitioned that the contract entered into pursuant to the <br /> Williamson Act be cancelled; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is required to conduct a public <br /> hearing upon the petition and request of a landowner for the <br /> cancellation of a contract entered into under the Williamson <br /> Act, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows : <br />
