RESOLUTION NO . 1076
• A RESOLUTION APPROVING A' LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT •
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS , on June 20 , 1976 , there was recorded in Book 375 of
.Maps at Page 8, Santa Clara County Records, a Parcel Map, being a
. subdivision of. a. portion of Lots No. 1 , 2 . and 3 of Map of partition
.of 16 . 99 acres , Estate Juana Briones DeMiranda, deceased, recorded
in Book F-3 of Maps, Page 47 , Santa Clara County Records , and which
map contained Parcels 1, 2 and 3; and
WHEREAS., the owners of. the real property shown on the above
described Parcel Map have applied to the City of the Town of .Los
Altos Hills to adjust the lot line between Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 ,
in order to straighten out what was shown oh the Parcel Map as a
zig-zag lot line..
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED,
as follows :
1. The proposed lot line adjustment is between two existing
adjacent parcels , and the land to be taken from Parcel 2 would be
added to Parcel 1p and vice versa. •
2. Approval of the lot line adjustment would not result in a
greater number of parcels than originally existed being created
thereby.
3. Pursuant to the authority of subsection (d) of Section :
66412 of: the Government Code. of California, the City Council of
the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the above
described .lot line adjustment. •
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 5th day of October, 1977 .
