ORDINANCE NO. 247 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br />HILLS AMENDING SUBSECTION (b) OF SECTION 9-4.604 <br />OF CHAFFER 4 ENTITLED "SUBDIVISIONS" OF TITLE 9 <br />ENTITLED "PLANNING AND ZONING" OF THE LOS ALTOS <br />HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />does ORDAIN as follows: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CODE. <br />Subparagraphs (6) and (7) of Subsection (b) of Section 9-4.604 <br />of Chapter 4 entitled "Subdivisions" of Title 9 of the Los Altos <br />Hills Municipal Code hereby are renumbered as subparagraphs (7) <br />and (8) respectively. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT OF CODE. <br />Subsection (b) of Section 9-4.604 of Chapter 4, entitled <br />"Subdivisions" of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code <br />hereby is amended by adding a new subparagraph (6) thereto to read <br />as follows: <br />Section 9-4.604. Lot Size and Requirements. <br />(b) <br />(6) For any subdivision of two lots, each lot shall <br />have a net area large enough to satisfy the formula of <br />subparagraph (1) of this subsection (b) when that formula <br />is applied to each lot individually. <br />SECTION 3. AMENDMENT OF CODE. <br />Subsection (b) of Section 9-4.604 of Chapter 4, entitled <br />"Subdivisions" of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code <br />
