J <br />ORDINANCE No. 248 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br />HILLS AMENDING CHAPTER 1 OF TITLE 6 OF THE LOS ALTOS <br />HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE SANTA CLARA <br />COUNTY ORDINANCE No. NS -600.12 RELATING TO ANIMALS <br />The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br />County of Santa Clara, State of California, DOES ORDAIN as follows: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CODE. <br />Section 6-1.01 of Chapter 1 of Title 6 of the Los Altos <br />Hills Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 6-1.01. ADOPTION OF SANTA CLARA COUNTY ORDINANCE No. <br />NS -600.12 <br />Santa Clara County Ordinance No. NS -600.12 adopted on <br />September 11, 1978, by the Santa Clara County Board of Super- <br />visors and entitled, <br />"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, REPEALING AND ADDING <br />VARIOUS SECTIONS OF CHAPTER I, II, III, IV, <br />IV 1/2 AND IV 3/4, RELATING TO ANIMALS AND <br />ADDING CHAPTER VI ESTABLISHING AN ANIMAL <br />ADVISORY COMMITTEE, AND CHAPTER VII RELATING <br />TO THE SALE OF ANIMALS, OF DIVISION B4, TITLE B <br />OF THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY ORDINANCE CODE" <br />and filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills on February 7 , 1979, IS HEREBY <br />ADOPTED, and by reference incorporated herein as if fully set <br />forth, except as hereinafter otherwise provided, as the Animal <br />and Rabies Control Ordinance of the City of the Town of Los <br />Altos Hills and as and for the rules, regulations and standards <br />within this City, as to all matters therein contained, except <br />as herein otherwise provided. Three copies of the Animal and <br />Rabies Control Ordinance shall, at all times, be kept on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk. <br />
