ORDINANCE NO. 273 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br />HILLS AMENDING CHAPTER 5 ENTITLED "ZONING" OF THE <br />LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE. BY ADDING SECTION <br />9-5.310 THERETO CONCEM71NG ZONING PERMITS <br />The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />DOES ORDAIN as follows: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CODE. <br />Chapter 5 entitled "Zoning" of Title 9 0£ the Los Altos Hills <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding to Article 3 thereof <br />Section 9-5.310 to read as follows: <br />SECTION 9-5.310. ZONING PERMIT; WHEN REQUIRED. <br />A Zoning Permit issued by the Planning Officer <br />shall be required for: <br />(a) All buildings or structures hereafter erected, <br />constructed, or moved within or into the Town, or <br />(b) All buildings or structures hereafter altered <br />or repaired resulting in an increase in the external <br />dimensions of the building or structure, or <br />(c) The use of vacant land or for a change in the <br />use of any land within any zoning district estab- <br />lished pursuant to the Zoning Law of the City of <br />the Town of Los Altos Hills. The application for <br />a Zoning Permit shall be accompanied by a fee, <br />the amount of which shall be established by a <br />Resolution of the City Council. <br />
