40 ORDINANCE NO. 297 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING SECTION 4-3.1101 ENTITLED "DESIGNATED PRIVATE ROADS" OF CHAPTER 3 OF TITLE 4 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills DOES ORDAIN as follows: Sec 1. Amendment of Code. Sec 4-3.1101 of Article 11 entitled "Private Roads" of Chapter 3 entitled "Traffic" of Title 4 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code hereby is amended to read as follows: Sec 4-3.1101. Designated Private Roads. The Council hereby finds, determines, and declares that the following privately -owned and maintained roads within the Town are generally held open for the use of the public for the purposes of vehicular traffic and so connect with highways that the public cannot determine that such private roads are not highways: (i) Alta Lane North; (i i) Alta Lane South; Becky Lane; (iv) Buena Vista Drive; (v) Burke Lane; (vi) Campo Vista Lane; (vii) Cantata Way; (viii) Casa Mia Way; (ix) Central Drive; (x) Crescent Lane; (xi) Duval Way; (xii) Edgecliff Place; (xiii) Edgerton Road; (Xiv) E1 Caminito; (xv) Elise Court; (xvi) Encinal Court; (xvii) Estralita Place; (xviii) Gerth Lane; (xvix) Hill Way; (xx) Hooper Lane;
