W J <br />ORDINANCE NO. 143 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING A BUDGET <br />AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TURN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DOES ORDAAIN AS <br />FOLLQ4S: <br />SECTION I. There is hereby adopted, as a budget for the fiscal <br />year commencing July 1, 1968, for the Town of Los Altos Hills, that certain <br />budget entitled "Town of Los Altos Hills, Budget for Fiscal Year 1968-19691', <br />consisting of Thirty -Two (32) pages, the original of which budget shall be <br />certified as to its adoption by the signature of the Mayor on the first page <br />thereof. <br />SECTION II. The amount of money necessary to be raised by taxation <br />upon the taxable property in the City as a revenue to operate the various City <br />departments for the current year is hereby determined to be the sum of SIXTY- <br />FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($65,000). <br />SECTION III. The City Clerk shall transmit a certified copy of <br />this Ordinance to the County Assessor of the County of Santa Clara. <br />SECTION IV. This Ordinance shall be posted in three (3) public <br />places, and shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. <br />I HERBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was regularly adopted <br />at a regular meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />held on the 17th day of June, 1968, by the following Roll Call Vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Benson, Davey, Fowle, Mayor Aiken <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Helgesson <br />ATTEST: <br />/ <br />DENNIS R.
