%W' 4 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 169 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 163 OF SAID TOWN AND BEING AN URGENCY MEASURE <br />EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON ADOPTION. <br />The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 163, passed and adopted by the <br />City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills on September 15, 1969 <br />is hereby amended by amending the second sentence of Section II. <br />thereof to read: <br />"The prohibition contained in this section shall be <br />effective only through and including April 20, 1970, and <br />shall thereafter, unless further extended by the City Council <br />of the Town of Los Altos Hills, expire and be of no further <br />force or effect." <br />SECTION II. Except as hereby amended, said Ordinance No. 163 <br />shall be and remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION III. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />hereby finds and determines that expiration of the moratorium <br />imposed by Ordinance No. 163 prior to full consideration of the <br />Planning Commission report on the matters under study as recited <br />in said Ordinance No. 163 would be contrary to the best interests <br />of the Town of Los Altos Hills and would constitute an immediate <br />threat to the public health, safety, and welfare, and it is therefore <br />necessary that this ordinance be adopted as, and it is hereby declared <br />to be, an urgency measure, effective immediately upon its adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was regularly <br />adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los <br />Altos Hills on the 6th -day of April, 1970 by the following roll call <br />vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Benson, Davey, Helgesson, Fowle, <br />and Mayor Aiken <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />APPROVED: <br />ROBIN D.
