%0 r/ <br />ORDINANCE NO. 185 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS FIXING THE <br />TAX RATE FOR THE CURRENT YEAR. <br />The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ordain as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1. The rate of tax to be levied for the current year upon <br />property within the Town of Los Altos Hills is hereby fixed at Forty <br />Cents ($.40) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of value as assessed <br />and equalized. <br />SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall transmit a certified copy of this <br />Ordinance to the County Controller of the County of Santa Clara. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be posted in three (3) public <br />places within the Town of Los Altos Hills and shall become effective <br />immediately upon its adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a <br />regular - meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br />adjourned <br />Hills on the 21st day of June, 1971, and was thereafter, at a regular / <br />meeting of said Council, held on the 6th day of July, 1971, passed and <br />adopted by the following roll call vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Davey, Helgesson, Mayor Benson <br />NOES: Councilman Grabmski <br />ABSENT: Councilman Corbett <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City ClerW <br />Town of Los Altos Hills <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br /> <br />yor <br />Town of os Altos Hills <br />ROBIN D.
