(PROPOSED DRAFT) <br />.s <br />440 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 189 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING <br />ANCE NO.78 OF SAID TOWN AS AMENDED BY MAKING COMMERCIAL. <br />;T;.ULES CONDTTIONAi. USES. <br />The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby <br />'rdain as follows: ' <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No.78 of the Town of Los Altos <br />.fliLls, pas:,ed and adopted on December 14, 1961, as amended, is <br />hcrc'r, amended as follows: <br />a) Subsection 2:10(2) is hereby amended to read: <br />'2. 'Agriculture' includes animal husbandry, livestock <br />farming, flower growing, crop and tree farming, and <br />•:iti.culture, but not commercial stables." <br />b) There is hereby added to Subsection 2:10 a new <br />subsection 2:1O(24)a, to read: <br />"24a 'Stable. Commercial'. Any establishment regularly <br />providing services for the keeping and!or use of horses, <br />other than for private use, including but not limited <br />to boarding stables, riding schools, and stables and <br />corrals to accommodate horses belonging to clubs or <br />organizations or members thereof." <br />c) There is hereby added to. Section VII a new Subsection <br />7:130 to read as follows: <br />"7:130 Commercial Stables." <br />SECTION 2. 'Except as amended hereby, said Ordinance-No.78 <br />as amended shall be and remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 3. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the <br />Planning Act of the State of California, following noticed public <br />hearings, and shall be posted in three (3) public places within <br />said Town, and shall become effective thirty (30) days following <br />its adoption <br />nn eiry o. rwiswrvr <br />
