ORDINANCE NO. 189
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING
ANCE NO.78 OF SAID TOWN AS AMENDED BY MAKING COMMERCIAL.

The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
'rdain as follows: '
SECTION 1. Ordinance No.78 of the Town of Los Altos
.fliLls, pas:,ed and adopted on December 14, 1961, as amended, is
hcrc'r, amended as follows:
a) Subsection 2:10(2) is hereby amended to read:
'2. 'Agriculture' includes animal husbandry, livestock
farming, flower growing, crop and tree farming, and
•:iti.culture, but not commercial stables."
b) There is hereby added to Subsection 2:10 a new
subsection 2:1O(24)a, to read:
"24a 'Stable. Commercial'. Any establishment regularly
providing services for the keeping and!or use of horses,
other than for private use, including but not limited
to boarding stables, riding schools, and stables and
corrals to accommodate horses belonging to clubs or
organizations or members thereof."
c) There is hereby added to. Section VII a new Subsection
7:130 to read as follows:
"7:130 Commercial Stables."
SECTION 2. 'Except as amended hereby, said Ordinance-No.78
as amended shall be and remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the
Planning Act of the State of California, following noticed public
hearings, and shall be posted in three (3) public places within
said Town, and shall become effective thirty (30) days following
its adoption
