fir 'j <br />ORDINANCE NO. 216 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 3-1.204 and 3-1.213 RELATING TO QUARTERLY <br />BUSINESS LICENSES, SECTION 8-1.03 RELATING TO BUILDING <br />PERMIT FEES, AND SECTION 9-2.10 RELATING TO BUILDING <br />SITE APPROVAL FEES AND DEPOSITS, RESPECTIVELY, OF THE <br />LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ordain <br />as follows: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CODE. Section 3-1.204 of Article 2 <br />of Chapter 1 entitled "Business Licenses" of Title 3 entitled <br />"Finance" of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code hereby is amended <br />by adding thereto subsection (c) to read as follows: <br />Section 3-1.204. Contractors. <br />(c) A general contractor or a subcontractor <br />may apply for and be issued a quarterly business <br />license for three calendar months to commence <br />on the first day of the month in which a <br />quarterly license is applied for. The quarterly <br />license tax for a general contractor shall be <br />Fifteen and No/100ths ($15.00) Dollars. The <br />quarterly license tax for a subcontractor shall <br />be Twelve and Fifty/100ths ($12.50) Dollars. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT OF CODE. Section 3-1.213 of Article 2 <br />of Chapter 1 entitled "Business Licenses" of Title 3 entitled <br />"Finance" of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code hereby is amended <br />to read as follows: <br />
