RESOLUTION NO. 10117
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE- TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS , STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIME
AND PLACE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE TEXT
OF CHAPTER 5 OF TITLE 9 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL
CODE ENTITLED THE "ZONING LAW OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS
HILLS, " AND ADOPTION OF PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION -
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered and recom-
mended to the City Council that it adopt amendments to the Zoning
Law of the Town of Los Altos Hills which are described in the
Notice of Public Hearing marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, there has been prepared and filed with the City
Clerk a proposed NegativeDeclaration following 'an initial study
to determine whether the proposed amendment may have .a signifi-
cant effect on the environment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows :
1. The City. Council does hereby set the hour of 7: 30 o ' clock
P.M. , on Wednesday, August 3, 1977 , in the Council Chambers , Town
Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , California, as the
time and place for the Public Hearing on the proposed amendments
to the Zoning Law of the Town of Los Altos Hills, and as required
by the Government Code of California, and as the time and place
when the City Council proposes to adopt the Negative Declaration
described above.
2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause
notice of said Public Hearing and of the preparation of the
Negative Declaration tobe made by posting in at least three (3)

date of hearingf:the. Notice of Public , Hearing in the form .attached
. hereto and marked Exhibit "A"..
3. The City. Clerk is ' f.urther_ ordered and directed to . give
. notice of said Public. Hearing by 'first class mail to .any person
. who .has filed a written request therefor with, the City of the
Town of Los Alto's. Hills . ' -
4 . The City Clerk is _ further; ordered and directed to -cause
to be mailed a copy of the Notice of the Preparation of the
Negative Declaration to all- organizations and individuals who -
have previously requested such notice. .

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
the Town of Los Altos Hills will holda PublicHearing on Wednes-
- day, August 3 , 1977, , at the hour .of 7 : 30 p.m. , ' in the Council ,
' Chambers, Town Hall, 2.6379 Fremont Road; Los Altos Hills, Cali- . .
fornia, to ,consider certain. proposed amendments to Chapter :5 ,
entitled "Zoning" of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills' Municipal
Code, consisting of the following:
• 1. To re-letter subsections (k) and ' (1) , respectively,. of
• Section 9-5. 703, to subsections. (1) and (m) , respectively.
2 . - To add a, new subsection (k) to Section 9-5 . 703, to -
read as follows : . -
"Section 9-5 . 703 . CONDITIONAL USES AND STRUCTURES (R-A)

. and the adoption of, a Proposed Negative Declaration concerning the

adopted are on file in the Office of the City Clerk( Town Hall,
Los Altos Hills,_ California, and may be reviewedand inspected by
the Public. -
