OF THE PUBLIC AND THE DEDICATION OF A PORTION OF ADOBE CREEK

RESOLVED, by the .City Council of the .Town of Altos Hills, .

County of Santa..Clara, State of California, .that
- WHEREAS, the City .Council at a 'meeting held on February 1 , 1971,
approved the final subdivision map entitled "TRACT. NO. 4169 RHUS
'RIDGE RANCHOS'.'-,- which thereafter was recorded on. February 11,
1971 in Book 278 of Maps at Pages 52 , 53 and 54 in the office of
• the County Recorder of Santa Clara County, ' California; and
. WHEREAS, at the time of approving the above described sub-
division map, the- City :Council, as indicated by the• City Clerk' s
Certificate, did reject on 'behalf of the public all parcels of
land offered for .dedication to public use, including various .ease-
ments and a portion of Adobe Creek. -
NOW, THEREFORE; IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows : •
. 1 : The. public interest, welfare and convenience require that
the City of the. Town of Los .Altos Hills accept there hereinafter
described easements and portion' of Adobe Creek offered for dedication.
• 2 . The. City Council hereby accepts• on behalf of the public all .
• easements for public utilities , storm drainage, sanitary sewers , water
lines and equestrian trailsoffered _for dedication and delineated
on that certain' 'subdivision map entitled "TRACT NO. 4169 RHUS RIDGE
. RANCHOS.. "

3 . The City Council . further accepts Adobe Creek offered for.
dedication, to the Town of Los Altos Hills and as indicated and
shown on that. certain subdivision 'map entitled "TRACT NO, 4169 RHUS
RIDGE RANCHOS , " and within said subdivision.
REGULARLY passed_ and adopted this 1stday of June , 1977.
