RESOLUTION NO. 1033
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ORDERING THE REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENT
NO. 287, SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT #9.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills,
California, that Assessment No. 287, Assessor's Parcel Number 175-21-076,
confirmed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 632, adopted by the City
Council on June 21 , 1971 , be and the same is hereby ordered reduced from
$1 ,970.50 to $0.00, to reflect the deletion of acquisition of capacity and
disposal rights and the right of service and use in sanitary sewage collection,
transmission, treatment, outfall and disposal facilities of the City of Palo
Alto on behalf of said property due to the fact that such property will utilize
the facilities of the City of Los Altos and shall have no connection to the
facilities of the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the total amount of assessment be decreased
from $321 ,473.00 to $319,502.50. The City Engineer shall make changes either
on the face of the assessment or by filing an amendment thereto.
