A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS, PARCEL MAP, RECORDED BOOK 368
OF MAPS AT PAGE 34, DAWN RIDGE ESTATES, (DAWN RIDGE AND HILLTOP
ROADS)
WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed as a con-
dition of approval of the Final Parcel Map, DAWN RIDGE ESTATES, the improvements
being more particularly set forth in the "Staff Memorandum", dated July 18, 1974,
of the said subdivision, as recommended by the Planning Commission at their regu-
lar meeting of August 18, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorized the
Mayor on behalf of the said City Council to execute that certain subdivision agree-
ment between the Town of Los Altos Hills, and the subdivider, Alvin Noll, dated
February 19, 1976; and
WHEREAS, a time certificate of deposit, in the amount of twenty thousand
dollars ($20,000) was furnished the Town of Los Altos Hills by the Subdivider; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified by memorandum dated July 15,
1976, that he has inspected the site and that the improvements have been satisfac-
torily completed in accordance with the approved subdivision improvement plans;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills that said improvements be and the same are hereby accepted subject to
maintenance thereof for a period of one (1) year, following the date of adoption
of this Resolution, as provided by Section 9-4.504(d)(2+) of the Los Altos Hills
Municipal Code.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy
of a Resolution duly passed and adopted at a meeting of the City Council of the
Town of Los Altos Hills held on the 21st day of July 1976 by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Brown, Grabowski, Proft, Mayor Cheney
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: Councilwoman Hillestad
ABSTAIN: NONE
