RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING GRANT OF A PATHWAY EASEMENT
(Lands of Ilnicki)
WHEREAS, Slawomir K. Ilnicki and Violetta Faryno Ilnicki, ("Owners"), are the
owners of the property commonly known as 27349 Julietta Lane, Los Altos Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, Owners have offered to grant to the Town an easement for the construction,
operation and maintenance of existing and future pathway facilities, for pedestrian, bicycle and
equestrian use ("Pathway Easement"); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is necessary and proper and in the public
interest to accept the grant of the Pathway Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public, and for the purposes
therein described, the Grant of Pathway Easement attached to this Resolution as Attachment A.
Section 2. The Town shall accept, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, the Grant of Pathway Easement.

GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
TO THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
(Lands of Ilnicki)
THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT is made this day of 1/L , 2010, by
Slawomir K. Ilnicki and Violetta Faryno Ilnicki, ("Owners"), owners f the property
commonly known as 27349 Julietta Lane, Los Altos Hills, California, to and for the
benefit of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation("Town").
Section 1. Owners do hereby offer to grant to Town a perpetual right and
nonexclusive easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of existing and
future pathway facilities, for pedestrian, bicycle and equestrian use, together with right of
access thereto, on, under, over, along and through the real property situated in the Town
of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California as described and depicted
in Exhibit A attached hereto ("Easement").
Section 2. Owners shall not allow the placement or construction of any
structures or improvements on the Easement property.
Section 3. The Town hereby accepts the grant of the Easement.

Portion of APN 183-23-019
An easement for pathway purposes situate in the TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS,
COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, being a portion of Lot 4, as
said lot is shown on that certain map entitled"Tract 5266 Altamont Heights"recorded
May 18, 1973 in Book 323 of Maps at Page 23, Santa Clara County Records, as shown
on Exhibit`B"made a part hereof, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 4; thence along the Northeasterly
line of said lot, South 25°39'26"East, 10.01 feet to the Southerly line of a 10 foot Path
and Emergency Easement, as said easement is shown on said map; thence along last said
line, South 61°30'05"West, 120.98 feet to the True Point of Beginning, said point
being on the Easterly line of a 20 foot Fire Road Easement, as said easement is shown on
said map; thence along last said line the following three (3) courses:
1. South 48°00'00"West, 129.78 feet
2. Along a curve to the left with a radius of 115.00 feet, through a central
angle of 64°30'00", an arc length of 129.46 feet-
3. South 16°30'00"East, 20.04 feet to the Southerly line of said Lot 4.
Thence along last said line, South 74°21'34"West, 20.00 feet to the Westerly line of said
20 foot Fire Road Easement; thence along last said line the following two (2) courses:
1. South 16°30'00"East, 19.74 feet
2. Along a curve to the right with a radius of 135.00 feet,through a central
angle of 59°37'53", an arc length of 140.50 feet.
Thence leaving last said line,North 28°29'55"West, 14.00 feet to the aforesaid Southerly
