RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS
HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON THE REPORT
OF SEWER SERVICE CHARGES PROPOSED TO BE COLLECTED ON THE
1975-76 TAX ROLL
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 5473 of the Health and Safety Code
of California a written report has been prepared and filed with the
City Clerk concerning the sewer service charges within the Town
of Los Altos Hills proposed to be collected on the 1975-76 tax roll
by the County of Santa Clara; and
WHEREAS, inaccordance with the provisions of law, a public
hearing shall be held thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
set the hour of 7: 30 P.M. on the 20 - day of August, 1975 at the
meeting place of the City Council, Council Chambers, Town Hall,
26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills., California, as the time and
place for the public hearing thereon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk hereby is ordered
and directed to cause Notice of Public Hearing to be published once
a week for two successive weeks in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper
of general circulation printed and published in the County of Santa
Clara.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills held on the 6th day of August, 1975.
