RESOLUTION NO. 882
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR
1975 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT
RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills,
that:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills did,
in open session, duly examine and consider all bids submitted to
it for 1975 Street Resurfacing Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council rejected all of said bids except
that bid next hereinafter mentioned, and said. City Council awarded
the said contract to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
RICHARD D. CUNNINGHAM
at the price named in his bid, to wit: $38, 520. 60,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Town of Los Altos Hills that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the contract so awarded to the above named
firm on behalf of the Town of Los Altos Hills, and the City Clerk
is hereby directed to attest his signature thereto.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the
Town of Los Altos Hills held on the 16th day of May, 1975.
