AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS UTENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 78, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID TOWN,
BY MENDING THE REQUIREPICNTS RELATING TO SETBACK
BUILDING LINE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TO','gT OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Paragraph 9:10 of Section IX of Ordinance No. 78
adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills on the
4t day of December, 1961, is hereby amended to readas follows:
'9:10. Setback BuildlnL Line. The setback build-
ing line for any structure shall be thirty feet (30')
from the property line. Where the property line abuts
or is in the vicinity of a road.,ppublic or private, the
setback line shall be forty feet (40') back from the
nearest line of the existing street right -o£ -way or of
the future or planned dedication for road right-of-v✓ay."
SECTION III. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be ef-
fective thirty (30) days after its passage and shall be posted
in three (3) public places in the Town of Los Altos Hills.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introducedat a regular meeting of the City Council of the Town
of Los Altos Hills held on the 71 day of October, 1963, and
vias thereafter duly adopted at a regular meeting of said City
Council on the2_w day of October , 1963, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Aiken Bowler, Fowls, Henley, Mayor Clayton
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
