Ordinance No. 86 of the Town of los ,T Altos Hills, passed and adopted on October 15, 1?cP, is hereby amended as follows: A. In each and every instance in which the expres- sion "pedestrian walk: or "vralks" appears in said. Ordi- nance No. 86, the same is hereby deleted and there is substituted. in its place and stead, the expression "path". B. In the event that any of said deleted expres- sions shall be in the plural, then the expression sub- stituted. therefor shall be in the plural as appropriate. SECTION II. Except as herein mentioned, Ordinance No. 86 shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be posted in three (7) public places, ane shall become effective thirty (30) days after its adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was introducedat a regu- lar meeting of the City Council of the Town of loos Altos Hills on the 17t° day of February, 1964, and there- after at a regular meeting of said Council held on the Ind day of March , 1964, was duly passed andadopted by the following Roll Call '.rote: AYES: Councilmen Aiken, Foe'Le, Henley, Y—yor Clayton NOES: None ABSENT: Councilman Bowler 6PPROVED: *,Iar Altos Iii.11_.s
