Home My WebLink About778 410 RESOLUTION NO. 778 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ORDERING DIVISION OF UNPAID ASSESSMENT, SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 9. RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, acting pursuant to Section: 8730 and following the California Streets and High- ways Code, that WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent has filed with the City Clerk an amended assessment affecting that certain property more fully described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, which pro- perty has been divided ,. apportioning the unpaid installments of the original assessment in accordance with the benefits to the several lots of the original parcel plus costs and fees of making the apportionment, and WHEREAS, such apportionment- has been made in accordance with Section 8731 of said Code, and notice thereof has been given to the original owner, who has been given an opportunity to pay the costs and fees of the apportionment, and WHEREAS, the Clerk has fixed June 19, 1974, at 8:00 p.m. , at the Fremont Elementary School,,' 26800 Ortega Drive, Los Altos Hills , California, as the time and place for hearing upon the amended assessment, and notice thereof has been given accordingto law, and WHEREAS, said hearing has been held and the Council has heard and determined all objections to the division of the assessment.
