DIRECTOR'S DEED AND ORDERING RECORDATION THEREOF; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF DEED OF TRUST BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That a certain Director's Deed executed on behalf of the State of California acting by and through its Director of Public Works, in which Deed the Town of Los Altos Hills, a political subdivision of the State of California, is named as Grantee, be and the same is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be and he hereby is directed and ordered to cause said Deed to be recorded -in the Office of the Recorderof the County of Santa Clara, State of California. That the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute and deliver a Deed of Trust of the real property described in the above-mentioned Director' s Deed consisting of 8.124 acres, more or less, and in which Deed of Trust the Town of Los Altos Hills is named as Trustor, Title Insurance and Trust Company is named as Trustee, and State of California, acting by and through the Department of Transportation, is named as Beneficiary, respectively.
