A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS
HILLS VACATING CERTAIN. UNUSED ROAD EASEMENTS.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills,

acting pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 3 of Division 9 of the
Streets and Highways Code, that, this Council having by its
Resolution No. 643, adopted on October 4, 1971, declared its
intention to vacate certain portions of Altamont Road, and
having set a public hearing, and notice thereof having been .
given as prescribed by statute, and said hearing having been
duly held at 8 :00 o 'clock p.m. on Monday, November 1, 1971, and
all interested persons having been heard; the Council does hereby
find from all Of the evidence submitted that the portions of
Altamont Road shown upon the map thereof entitled "Map of
Easements To be Vacated, Altamont Road, 197111, are unnecessary
for present or prospective public street purposes , and the same
are hereby vacated.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the Town of Los Altos Hills held on the 1st day of
November, 1971, by the following roll call vote :
AYES : Councilmen Corbett, Davey, Grabowski, Helgesson and
Mayor Benson
NOES : None
